HGM professors were actively involved in the 16th International Conference on Gambling & Risk Taking held in Las Vegas (6-10 June).

Prof. Davis FONG was one of the luncheon keynote speakers and a moderator for the session on “Gambling Problems and Problems with Gambling in Macau”.

Prof. Desmond LAM was a moderator for the session on “But What Does the Research Say? Perspectives on Macau’s Free Fall”.

Prof. Ricardo SIU, who teaches Macao Gaming and Hospitality Industries course at HGM, presented his study on the industrial development of Macau’s casino gaming.

Prof. Jorge GODINHO, who teaches Gaming Law course at HGM, presented his study on the laws on gaming promoters in Macau.
